Image Metrics is a facial animation company that originally came to Neology for help with its marketing. While they had been in business for over five years, they had very little visibility in the games market, no marketing strategy and almost no brand identity.

When Neology came on board, its first step was to conduct a survey to see how many people knew of Image Metrics. Using the results of that survey as its guide, Neology developed and implemented a 12-month marketing plan to help Image Metrics gain more visibility among prospective clients.
The plan called for an integrated marketing approach that combined message development, media management, advertising, tradeshow management, creative design, video production, viral techniques and more. Except for PR, which was handled by Bender Helper Impact, Neology, Bluespark Studios and Confidence Head provided most of the marketing strategy, management, creation and implementation.
In 12 months, Image Metrics went from relative obscurity to notoriety. Over 1 million people on YouTube viewed its facial animation videos. Its PR exposure increased by over 400%, and the company received a personal thank you for the traffic it generated for the Times of London. The company attended over 12 tradeshows in one year, and lead acquisition increased more than four fold.
